1. Nature of Our Services
RoyaleWraps provides custom digital packaging design, product label design, and brand identity services. Since our work involves creative and digital file delivery, there are no physical products shipped or returned. Once a design project is completed and delivered, it is considered a final digital product.
2. Refund Policy
We understand that creative projects can be subjective. However, to ensure a fair process, our refund terms are as follows:
Before Work Begins:
You may request a full refund if you cancel before the design process starts.After Initial Concepts Are Shared:
Once initial design concepts are delivered, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted based on the amount of work completed.After Final Files Are Delivered:
No refunds are available once the final designs, source files, or print-ready files have been delivered.For Revision Requests:
Revisions are included as per your selected package. Additional revisions beyond the package scope will be charged separately and are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You change your mind after design delivery.
The project delay is due to lack of client communication or feedback.
You have approved and downloaded final files.
The refund request is made after 7 days of delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@royalewraps.com
Refund eligibility will depend on the current stage of your project.
5. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for client satisfaction and offer free revisions based on the package selected.
Our team will continue improving your packaging and label design until it meets the approved creative brief.
